Visited today for lots of infected insect bites, literally within a minute of walking in I was seen and given a prescription. As someone who suffers from this a lot, it's such a better service than trying to see the GP when you know what you need. I hope not to be back but if I get the same problem again I know where I will be going!

Amazing customer service. I collect my mums prescriptions here. They are always on time and the text service the pharmacy provides to let you know the prescription is ready to collect is fab. Yesterday I called them as the GP had prescribed some nutrition drinks and I wasn’t sure if they would be in stock. Spoke to a lovely lady that was super helpful and went above and beyond to help. Thank you so much 😊

Always very pleasant and helpful

Super friendly helpful staff. Was greeted with a smile and friendly disposition. Asked some reasonable questions and in return was fed some helpful, informative information. It seems the staff are very well trained and the management obviously make the correct choices.
Would highly recommend this pharmacy and will definitely be returning as my 1st choice when the situation calls for it . Thank you very much !!

What a difference between them and Boots who I wouldn't use again

I can’t recommend Cadbury Heath Pharmacy and Health Clinic highly enough. This is exactly what a modern community pharmacy should be.

The team are consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. You’re always greeted by name, and they genuinely take the time to listen and offer personalised advice rather than rushing you through. It feels much more like a health clinic than just a pharmacy.

Amazing community pharmacy! All staff are so kind and helpful. The shop is always in immaculate condition and so neat. Definitely the best pharmacy in the area, would highly recommend!
